There are total 3 rounds of interview, first with business head, second with regional head, third with HR. Interviews mainly focus on behaviour questions, including what your personal strengths are, examples of failure, and examples of challenges. Interviewees will observe your whole professionalism and communication skills during the interview, taking your background competitiveness into consideration.
