BNP Paribas interview questions

first complete the online application form which include personal information, education information, previous working experience, activities or something like that (i can not remember....long time ago)..and some open questions....after many weeks, i received an email and invited me have an interview....the interviewer asked some basic competence questions and especially the motivation!

Applied through career services on campus. One phone interview lasting about 30 minutes with two directors. Mostly behavioral. After that, went on to the superday at the New York office. It consisted of four interviews, all 2 on 1. A few technical questions involving derivatives, but nothing too crazy. Received the offer the same day.
