BNP Paribas interview questions

Was called by the senior manager, talked about my education/hobbies ... Then was received by the same manager, talked more deeply about my experience and projects. some questions to see if my education and professional choices had coherence. was then told about work conditions, asked about how I felt. the manager was very nice and i was called back later to give availability details.

- Two Panel Interviews, Two members of CIT team on each Panel First Interview - Hiring Manager (Director from desk) + Analyst =============================== - Very Straightforward mainly competency interview predominantly to get to know about candidate. Selection of questions asked - Why Commodities? - What are your strengths and weaknesses? - Why BNP Paribas? - What has happened to the dollar over the past year and what is your medium term view? - What are your passions in life? On the whole two very friendly individuals very easy to get along with had the opportunity to ask questions as well. Second Interview - VP and Analyst from CIT =============================== - Straightforward mainly competency more technical questions - What defines the price of an option? - What is your view on commodities for the next 3 months? - What type of role do you ideally see yourself doing within Commodities?
