I applied through on-campus recruiting and just completed the first round of interviews. The interviewer is very nice and friendly. Basically, he just asked me a project I did before. He went into technical details involved in the project. Additionally, he asked open questions to test your general understanding about derivatives.

Was called by the senior manager, talked about my education/hobbies ...
Then was received by the same manager, talked more deeply about my experience and projects. some questions to see if my education and professional choices had coherence. was then told about work conditions, asked about how I felt. the manager was very nice and i was called back later to give availability details.
