BNP Paribas interview questions

Recently attended a couple of interviews. Was approached by an external recruiter. First round interview includes going through your background, 2nd interview is a case study. Very delayed responses to schedule interview or to be progressed to the next stage, almost more than 2 weeks to hear back. Lastly, if they are not going to go ahead with you, you will be ghosted by both BNP and external recruiter unless you reach out.

Applied for Global Markets and online and asked to complete an online assessment including the switch test. Answered motivational questions and then if successful in that, asked for a telephone interview with HR.
