BNP Paribas Project Manager interview questions

Not well prepared for the interview. They were also late in the meeting. they did not know what kind of questions to ask. I spoke about me, they said about the company and then some questions about my skills. Not good

First interview with RH (about half an hour about my previous experience, behavioural and English test), and then interview with Manager from Paris by conference call (it was supposed to be with more 2 managers, one local and another from Paris, but they were not available)
