BNP Paribas Senior Software Developer interview questions

process got smooth until interview is done following 30 min talk. It's been 4 months now since then. And I tried to contact back several times. but getting reply that first round is done and application is in progress. but not hearing why it is taking this long. It looks now I will need to quit. if company is not caring and irresponsible with such act. how would I expect it would be good for me even after joining. I thought company is great and can help me carve my future to next level. But, that looks myth now.

All fine basics .net sql and ITIL process. 2 days . 1 st round tech lead . 2nd round managerial round and 3rd round with the onsite manager then they ask for hr discussion then they provide offer then I joined to BNP and working now.
