A brief Telephonic round followed by a technical screening round in which the candidate is screened on his/her technical capabilities relevant to automation testing (QTP/any other tool) with a debugging assignment to be completed in an hour duration. if cleared and found to be satisfactory then Managerial round follows and finally the HR discussion.
