Bain & Company Associate interview questions

The process had multiple rounds. The guidelines for the process were clear. They started with a case study round followed by a business management round and ended with an HR round. They gave feedback at every stage of the interview process even to those who did not get selected which was very useful. P.S. all shortlisted applicants got an all the best for the interviews gift from them which was great!

3 rounds of 2 interview each with business case - one specificity is that interviewers give you documents on the spot and you have to give them insights by analyzing the documents and update your recommendation based on the most recent data
