Bain & Company Associate interview questions

The interview process includes three stages: an aptitude test, a guesstimate round to assess analytical thinking, and a case interview focused on problem-solving and structured approach to real-world business scenarios.

Two interviews on first round with managers, two on second with partners. First round was planned cases, on the second partners winged it more and was more interesting. Even though I didn't get an offer, it was an interesting process to go through.
