Interview
The first-round interview was held in Boston with one manager from a US office and a consultant from the Moscow office. Both started from a resume walk and had one case each.
The second-round interview was also held in Boston, with one manager from EU, a senior manager from Moscow and a partner from Moscow.

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
