Got rejected after the final round interview - quite unexpected as many unusual case interview with partners. One is about a partner's friend local business and asked to draw a graph. Another one is quite short that is relatively more standard but only have a calculation and a brainstorming question.

R2 - 1 written case, 2 case interviews with partners
Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
