I had a telephone screening and then was invited in face to face interviews. I met with 5 people from within the organisation, back to back. The first one or two interviews were professional, short and brief but to be expected with 5 interviews on the same day. The last interview was uncomfortable. The interviewer entered the room, flicked through my CV, made no eye contact, got my name wrong, and seemed extremely disinterested in being there. After taking a day off work to attend, as well as my time to prepare, I found this lack of interest unprofessional. I received no feedback from the process but I already knew from this persons behaviour that I was unsuccessful before I left the room.
