I went to a university event at the Zurich office and chatted to some consultants. Based on the positive experience I mentioned them by name in my motivation letter. In the interview itself, it was all as expected. First some basic company overview. Then 3 Interviews, mixes of case and fit. 1 German and 2 English. Then a light lunch and feedback.

3 rounds in one day: 2 cases, 1 behavioral interview. ALL are CV blind. No mentioning of university, or names of employers. You also shouldn't mention what you study, or essentially anything. You get the call in the same day.
