Interview
3 rounds with progressively higher level managers, 2 interviews each round. One case each interview. They were tough but fair. Unfortunately logistics of the interview were a nightmare--even showed up once to be told that my interview had been "scheduled but not confirmed" and would take place another day. Got a call with an offer within 2 hrs of the last interview.

Explain the logic behind the Daimler-Chrysler merger, and why do you think it failed?
Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
2 rounds of 3 interviews.

All interviews feel very relaxed, but they still expect you to move through the case fast and in a structured way.

There is a test after which you have to go through several rounds of market sizing and business case interviews, hr interview is separate and asking for general personal experience things
