Had my first round interview on campus and it went pretty well. Two interviewers each interviewed me for 30min. They barely asked any behavioral questions because case problem took most of the time. The cases were not too hard, just standard business cases. One of them was a real case the interviewer worked on.

Behavioral ones are just Why consulting? Why Bain? types of questions.
Cases were on profitability and new market entry.
Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
2 rounds of 3 interviews.
The first round includes a fit interview.
All interviews feel very relaxed, but they still expect you to move through the case fast and in a structured way.

There is a test after which you have to go through several rounds of market sizing and business case interviews, hr interview is separate and asking for general personal experience things
