Interview
I got selected for interview from my university at Europe for Dubai office. As I was on exchange in US, I went to give my first at local Chicago office as communicated by Bain. Went through the normal expected two case interviews. There was lot of data/graphs in second case. I did the first one in 20 minutes...Interviewer was happy. Got the call for the interview result in the evening with feedback saying that the competition was very tough.

There was nothing unexpected. Just that Bain normally gives lot of graphical data in one or both cases.
Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
2 rounds of 3 interviews.
The first round includes a fit interview.
All interviews feel very relaxed, but they still expect you to move through the case fast and in a structured way.

There is a test after which you have to go through several rounds of market sizing and business case interviews, hr interview is separate and asking for general personal experience things
