Hiring Process consisted of two rounds, each had 2 back-to-back 40 min case interviews.
Bain assigned to each candidate a "buddy" to assist us with the application process and provide some guidance while preparing for interviews. Overall the process was very smooth, the team was helpful and supportive and gave constructive feedback after each interview. A true testament of Bain's incredible culture.

It was a straightforward process with two 30-minute interviews. It started with introductions and then the cases; you can have some time at the end for questions. The interviewers are helpful so you can ask clarifying questions.
Assesments sur TestGorilla (32 minutes). 2 rounds de 2 interviews. Premier round avec des associates ou bien des serniors. 2ème rounds avec des seniors et des partners. Interviws avec une partie fit et une partie Case.
