Made it through 4 rounds and 7 different interviewers from recruiter to partner over a two month period. The interview view part seemed to go well, and everyone seemed kind. My issue is the follow-up after the fact regardless of whether I got the job or not. I’ve essentially been ghosted for the past 6 weeks after investing hours of my time. Not a great candidate experience.

There were 4 interviews. 1 round interview was about 1 hour long and focused on my previous work experience and interests. It was not easy at all. However, any one who has strong reason to work in Bain will get a job.
