Interview
2 interviews with Principals. Starts with some fit questions and then move on to a business case. The fit questions are pretty standard and everybody should be able to answer them pretty easily. The business case are no too hard but requires a decent amount of preparation. i would suggest reading plenty of them online until you get familiar with the thought process. They don 't expect you to find the answer, they just want to see how you think. Always detail your thoughts and calculations.

Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
