Interview
I applied in the Milan office. The process took very short. Overall very good experience and professional interviewers. If you get stuck on case studies they'll help you along the way.
The interview was structured with 1 principal, 1 manager, 1 partner...approximately 45min each.
First 10min are career related questions about motivation and CV (why Bain? why consulting? what was your career progression?), the remaining minutes are dedicated on business cases.

Question 1
Suppose you want to buy a parking area. You don't have access to the historical data. Tell me how you would proceed to estimate the enterprise value of the parking area.
You want to advise your mother on whether buying a house for 300k$ or rent one at 800$/month. She has 300k$ in her bank account. What would you tell her?
Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
