Two 45-minute first-round interviews and two final-round interviews with senior management. The process went as is to be expected. Some behavioral questions, mostly focused on the case though. Not very quantitative, were looking for more creative answers
Extremely systematic process. Every step was highlighted efficiently and ample of time was given for bringing up concerns, to keep everyone in the loop. Communication was kept open, which facilitated an environment of ease and security.
