Overall, my impression of Bain is positive, however the interviews were not very pleasant. First round was three back-to-back interviews. Two cases and one personal/behavioral interview. Planned 5 min break between each interview, but poor time management led to no breaks during the 3 hours. The case was much harder than the practice cases they have on their website, and the cases they provide in the preparations. The behavioral interview felt artificial, since the interviewer asked a list of planned questions that were unnatural and you had to make up many hypothetical scenarios.
