Interview
Case-based interviews as well as personal background interviews (based largely on resume and anecdotes from prior work experience). Case-based interviews are very rigorous and require some combination of hypothesis development, data analysis and interpretation, theory building, and creativity in solutions and presentation. Most are done in 30-45 minutes
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Boston, MA) in Apr 2024
Interview
I didn't get a case study, but it was only first round. I had two 30 min personality questions and history questions. The first guy didn't seem to want to be there but second had much more energy. I have not heard back yet and it has been two weeks.
