Very selective and lots of rounds of interviews. Your interviews will are tailored to your role, and they're designed to show what you think. They might include a questionnaire, a behavioral interview, or, a challenge to work through.
The HR and hiring team were not sure of what they want. So after 8 rounds of discussion, they decided they no longer want to hire on this role, and closed it. The experience was very poor overall
