first round is 2 cases back to back plus some behavioral questions. the cases were relatively straightforward but high expectations for case performance. behavioral questions were not bad either, but they definitely expect some complexity and a high fit level.

They reached out inviting me to the first round interviews. They offered a zoom webinar to discuss what the first round interview would look like as well. I joined the teams call and jumped straight into the case with almost no pleasantries.

It was a standard strategy consulting case interview regarding a sneaker company trying to offshore manufacturing.
Consists of 2 rounds
Round-1: 3 interviews of which 2 are cases and 1 is fit. Fit consists of approximately 8 questions - 4 situation based + 4 hypothetical
Round-2: 3 interviews of which 2 are cases and 1 is fit. One Case is normal and other is Presentation style. Fit is resume biased
