Interview
I applied online for the consultant position and interviewed over video conference. 2nd round interview was in office 1-on-1 with 2 partners. The whole process was very engaging and well organized. The cases were challenging but very conversational. The key takeaways are, be prepared to think on your feet in a very structured manner and be clear while communicating.

Interview
The interview process was standard. The final round interview was with a manager and a partner. Two 45 minute interviews - 30 minutes for a case, 15 minutes of behavioral questions. The interviewers had different approaches, one was more friendly and open to make it a conversation, the other more cold and ready to press you for every assumption.
