Apesar de atender à todos os requisitos, cair no gosto dos gerentes e realmente estar empolgada com a vaga, a fase com o Rh foi a mais ultrajante experiência profissional que já vivi na minha vida. Além das perguntas e testes aleatórios como em qualquer PS, sofri diversos constrangimentos raciais. Desde perguntas como: você costuma fazer escova no seu cabelo à você pretende usar uma cor menos chamativa? Uma empresa que se vende como diversa, mas que infelizmente perpetua o preconceito desde a porta de entrada.
