Applied online and was invited to a case workshop and then first-round interview at my school's career center. 2 cases back-to-back, extremely rushed with barely any time to talk about my background. First case felt like it went somewhat poorly, second case felt really good. Nevertheless, I did not make it to the next round.

Question 1
For personal fit: how would your friends describe you?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Santiago) in Apr 2018
Interview
The process started with the tests, one similar to GMAT and the other one it was like a business case but only with multiple choice questions. After the tests, I did two out of three rounds of interviews (Santiago de Chile office). The interviewers were really nice and they tried to be as friendly as possible with a very good attitude. The cases weren't easy at all and
eventually, I ended up out of the process.
