The interview process was basically all cases with a few behavioral questions. I went through the first round and the final round. Each round consisted of two case interviews. They were what I expected. Important to be personable and confident. Definitely do not take too much time answering the questions and have a strong business knowledge.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Boston, MA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Process involves 15 min overview of personality traits/ capabilities and approximately 30 mins of case interview in which they will test your skills to frame, solve and execute necessary steps to deliver results on a case. Cases can range from any sector, the important part is that you are frame your solution in the correct manner. Slight math mistakes like dropping a zero can be forgiven if the framework is rock solid. They will pressure test some.
