Process was pretty straightforward. On-campus interviews for the first round (2 case interviews). 2 final round interviews in the Bain office which consisted of case and behavioral interviews. Willing to accommodate people through phone and Skype interviews as well.

On campus interview for first round (two 30 minute case interviews with two different people (Business Anaylist, people with MBAs or have worked there for more than three years). One case was a retail case and the other was a car sharing company. The retail case focused on whether the company would make more money buying a company or leasing out space to another company.
