1. Online assessment (4 or so parts) where your monitor is being scanned and photos taken - quant section, tell me how you'd handle x situation w/ multiple compelling answer choices (no clear best answer), etc. 2. Two Senior Managers - Partners doing a brief background and case drill

Personally I feel like the interview structure is very well thought out. I dont think my own preparation was enough. It was very standard - you need to prove you hold value for the organisation regardless of the position youre applying for - showing that youre flexible in pivoting to different departments - so highlight transferable skills.
