BairesDev Assistente Executiva interview questions

As others have mentioned, the interview process is absolutely ridiculous. I was contacted via LinkedIn and had an initial interview with a recruiter. When I asked for basic information about the responsibilities I'd have in this role, the recruiter was unable to elaborate and provide anything of substance. I was also asked a series of math questions that have *absolutely nothing* to do with my position. I guess the call went well enough, since they followed up with a series of online assessments. The online assessments, once again, had very little to do with the job description. There was a bizarre amount of math questions (think back to the SAT days) and completely random phrases in other languages (Basque, Dutch), among other nonsense. What does this have to do with anything? At that point, I realized that continuing to put effort into the assessment would be a waste of my time. I just started clicking on random answers without even reading the questions. What a joke.

Depois de fazer mais de 15 exames online, uma headhunter me ligou para marcar uma entrevista com ela na semana seguite. A entrevista durou uma hora e alguns dias depois me liagaram para ter a entrevista técnica. Tive que fazer uma apresentação sobre a BairesDev, mas nunca me informaram como deveria apresentar nem a duração da apresentação. Depois desse entrevista nunca mais tive um retorno da Baires Dev mesmo eu entrado em contato com eles. O cargo da entrevista não foi para o que me candidatei. Eles só querem preencher as vagas mesmo com pessoas que não tem o perfil. Achei uma pena a falta de consideração da empresa.
