Before anything you have to answer some test, for programming even when you are not applying for a programmer position, these test are quite confusing, and since you don't have feedback you never know, sometimes you keep with the process and in the last interview they tell you might not pass some test, so you kind of just waisted some time. But this happens as I am not a programmer, and I understand this company most of its personnel are programmers

3 hours of online objective assessment. It was of average difficulty. Any person with a day of preparation can nail it pretty easily. One thing i liked about it was mailed within half an hour of my applying through LinkedIn.
