They ask a lot of random questions that really have nothing to do with the job you're being interviewed for. Aside from "what is your previous experience?" they ask you weird math questions and some "logical" questions that truly don't relate to anything you'd be doing at work.

Um pouco antiquada e complexa. Acho que tem como objetivo desestabilizar o entrevistado. Tem uma visão um pouco fria de tudo, acham que isso é ser profissional. A entrevista foi em português nos primeiros 15 minutos, depois, sem aviso prévio foi em ingles, quase que repetindo toda a primeira parte, só para ver se você conseguia ter a mesma entrega no idiota. Os últimos 15 minutos foram de testes ao vivo, com perguntas e respostas à entrevistadora.

- Quantos por cento da população mundial você acredita que irá conseguir responder pelo menos 1 pergunta dessas? - Qual desses 4 países tem maior representatividade no Linkedin? (nao foram apresentador países). - Numa sala com 6 pessoas, se todas elas apertarem as mãos, quantos apertos de mão terão? Entre várias outras do mesmo tipo, divididas entre perguntas lógicas e matemáticas.

Went through multiple rounds. They asked logic questions that didn't really have anything to do with the position, which is in marketing. The interviewers were friendly enough, but it felt like they wanted someone who could be a programmer and a marketer.
