BairesDev Customer Service Representative interview questions

As others have stated before me, I was send an initial email from HR stating they were very interesting in my profile. In the next breath, I was asked to complete a serious of assessments (5 modules) which took 2 hours before they would inform of next steps. I decided to take the assessments for fun knowing I would likely be turned down regardless as others have mentioned. The questions were off the wall and 90% of the time had NOTHING, I mean nothing to do with the position applied for. Sure enough, I got the canned reply of “we’ve decided to move forward with another candidate who has obtained slightly better tests results and has some particular experience that is required for this position.”. I would steer clear of this company if you are looking for a legitimate sales position.

In the first phase, you go trhough online tests that takes between 3 to 4 hours, with absolutely no relevant questions for the account manager position. Then you go to a second phase, which is an interview with the HR, and then they start the non relevant questions again, like calculating average of 3 numbers, combination, etc. The interviewer did no even now for what position I was aplying. A complete mess.
