The interview process was very engaging. The entire selection process was explained in a simple and clear manner, as well as the company`s goal and expectations. The environment provided was highly conductive to allowing me to demonstrate my professional journey and my expectations for the position and what I can offer as a professional with ease and clarity. It was an uplifting experience.

First of all, there was a video showing me a little bit about the company, then Thais asked a few questions that needed a direct answer such as years of experience. After that I talked about all my job experiences, my strengths and challenges. She then asked a few questions in English. Then a few situational and logic questions and finally she explained how Baires Dev works.
