BairesDev HR interview questions

I started a recruiting process with BairesDev, first I got scheduled for an online interview, where they asked some questions about my professional experience and after that, I got immediately scheduled for some tests, on the same day. After that I got invited to attend a trainee program, together with a group of applicants, we did some tasks, wich was genuinely fun. After that, I received an email saying that they would evaluate my candidature, but after sending some follow-up emails I didn't receive any response, which was kind of disappointing since I had already invest time in the application.

They just gosted me after the practical interview, still waiting for the mail the promised me. The keep senging me mails for other positions but they still dont respond about the pass process.
