I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BairesDev in Jan 2023
Interview
I was reached out by an employee to interview for the company. The employee was persistent so I thought I come to the introduction interview to see if it was worth pursuing.
The gentleman interviewing me was very disorganized. Apparently didn’t review my resume prior to the call. He was also late… His explanation of the role was all over the place as though he didn’t know what the role is.
Anyways, I advance to the next interview with the recruiter with some out of the box questions. To test my critical thinking skills.
Then I was assigned some homework. The homework was very time consuming and not what I signed up for. So I just stopped.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BairesDev in Nov 2025
Interview
They reached out to me via Linkedin and we got scheduled the following week. Interview was over zoom with a recruiter. Fairly standard set of questions and overview of the role. Overall a fairly straightforward early screening process (for both parties)

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BairesDev (Neu-Delhi) in Aug 2020
Interview
Initial engagement from the recruiter was very positive and responsive.
However, the unproductive and unprofessional phase started after that.
I was given 12 assessments to complete. I diligently attempted all of that, sitting for about 5-6 hours at least, over a period of 2-3 days.
I never heard anything after that for a while and almost forgot about them.
After nearly 2-3 months, when I logged in accidentally, I noticed that two of my assessments had been re-opened. I never received any communication about this - not even an automated email!
Again, I trusted them and completed these two assignments as well. Till date, all my assignments are showing up as completed, but of what use is that is anybody's guess!
In short, Advice to join seekers: Don't waste your time with their unprofessional recruitment process.
Strong advice to the Recruitment team: Don't take candidates for a ride. Respect their time and efforts by at least keeping them updated of their application status.
