I found this to be a wonderful interview experience. This interview certainly stood out among the rest. Leonardo is easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. I enjoyed the 8 questions as well.

Standard template of questions about career journey. The recruiter had a pleasant demeanor and it was a cordial interaction, but the questions were high level and not too personal. I would imagine the next round would start to dig a little deeper.
