Started with a quick check to make sure I knew what the company did, followed by some background and skills checks, and then a math and logic test (pretty basic math, but no calculators). I haven't been asked to do math live in a long time, but the strategy/logic questions were easy to answer and explain.

Very objective process. There is a skills test during the first interview. The process seems to be very fair. It seems like a very well-run company. It is a very formatted first interview.

Stefano was a great interviewer. The call was efficient, on point and very informative. I've sat in on a number of interviews in recent months and this was by far one of the best in terms of process.
