Interview
After submitting my application directly through the BairesDev website, I was contacted via WhatsApp to learn more about me, my experiences, and my availability for an interview. This initial communication was conducted in my native language, Portuguese. It was suggested that the interview be conducted in English, and I agreed with the suggestion. Subsequently, an interview was scheduled with me via Zoom; I received the invitation through Google Calendar and confirmed it. A few minutes before the interview, I received another confirmation call.
The interviewer was very punctual and came across as friendly and polite. I felt that the interview was well-conducted, and I was comfortable answering all the questions.

- Experience and Interests:
I was asked about my professional experience, including specific projects I’ve worked on, my areas of interest within the tech industry, and the industries I’m most interested in working with.
- General Employment Questions:
The interviewer inquired about my salary expectations, the types of contracts I’ve held in the past, and the types of benefits I’ve received in previous roles. They also asked about the typical team size I’ve worked with in my past positions.
- Logical and General Knowledge Questions:
I was presented with four logical reasoning questions, designed to assess my problem-solving abilities. Additionally, there were four general knowledge questions, likely aimed at evaluating my awareness of broader topics.

Eles basicamente usam de testes de reciocínio lógico super complexos, pois, aparentemente, contratam apenas aqueles com QI elevado que representam 1% da populacão. Testes basicamente que, de fato, 99% da populacao só consegue fazer com IA. Mais facil passar em um curso de medicina, nenhuma habilidade social me parece ser considerada, já já eles vão substituir todo mundo por IA
As a candidate, I found the selection process for the Business Analyst role to be generally professional. The process is comfortable and fluid, they are very clear about what's next in the process and what to expect
