The interview was very calm and structured. They wanted to learn about my key strengths, my previous experiences, and how they align with the company's vacancies and values. They also included some logical tests to assess problem-solving and analytical skills.

Eles basicamente usam de testes de reciocínio lógico super complexos, pois, aparentemente, contratam apenas aqueles com QI elevado que representam 1% da populacão. Testes basicamente que, de fato, 99% da populacao só consegue fazer com IA. Mais facil passar em um curso de medicina, nenhuma habilidade social me parece ser considerada, já já eles vão substituir todo mundo por IA
As a candidate, I found the selection process for the Business Analyst role to be generally professional. The process is comfortable and fluid, they are very clear about what's next in the process and what to expect
