The process started with a general introduction about BairesDev, explaining how is the selection process in BairesDev, and after that he started the interview with general questions about me and my career, about my job experience in other companies, what were my functions in my latest works, after that we move to english, also the interviewer ask me about the most challenging project that I've worked, how many people did I have under charge? and finally he give me some information about the benefits, we scheduled tha next session (technical interview), ask me about my job preferences, and told me how is the contract in case I'm selected.

Eles basicamente usam de testes de reciocínio lógico super complexos, pois, aparentemente, contratam apenas aqueles com QI elevado que representam 1% da populacão. Testes basicamente que, de fato, 99% da populacao só consegue fazer com IA. Mais facil passar em um curso de medicina, nenhuma habilidade social me parece ser considerada, já já eles vão substituir todo mundo por IA
