The interview was divided into sections. First, there was an explanation of the entire process. Then, they asked about me, my experiences, and my skills. After that, I answered some questions in English related to the position. We then completed a few logic and situational tests. Finally, they explained the hiring model, talked about the company, and how it operates. I consider it an extremely positive experience.

By far the worst experience I've had applying to any company, showing absolutely no regard or respect for candidates. Technical challenges are very common in any application process, but in every situation I've encountered before there's an investment on both ends - there's always a conversation first, and if they ask for a live programming session then another engineer is usually sitting with you, or evaluating your code afterwards. This is also important to make sure that your budgets and goals are aligned before you spend hours doing unpaid labor. BairesDev on the other hand demands a ton of work up front from you before you get to talk to anyone. There's absolutely nothing invested on their end.
Before you get to talk to anyone at all, they make you complete a series of timed exercises . Most of these are logical or math quizzes that don't test your actual proficiency at your job and are better at testing how good you are at solving newspaper riddles. The tests that do test your technical skills are timed and you have a few seconds to answer each one - I've been programming for over 10 years and I've never come across a real-life situation where I had to guess a Python shell output in 45 seconds. They also make you submit a video introducing yourself and fill in a personality test, but you don't get to see the results - that's right, you're not allowed to see your own personality. You're cattle, essentially.
So I spent an entire afternoon finishing these pointless exercises, under the guise that EVENTUALLY an actual human being at BairesDev would actually give me 5 minutes of their time to talk to me, but it's been well over a month and they haven't made any effort at all to contact me.
I contacted them about this to see if there's actually any interest on their part, considering how much effort I had to put in, and their response boiled down to "please complete even more tests". I'm not joking, their solution to a deeply unfair hiring process is for me to invest even more of my time in the hopes that maybe possibly one day they'll deem me worthy of a 10-minute Zoom call.
This company probably suits you if you're really desperate, but if you have any self-respect do yourself a favor and skip them. It's really not worth it.
