BairesDev interview questions

The recruiter found me in LinkedIn and stayed in touch by email. A few days later I received some multiple choice tests, and was told that according to the results I got in them, the process would continue with interview with their team. Well, I made the tests and a month later, another person emailed me. From there begins the disorganization. The latter person scheduled a Skype interview, but she herself had to clear it in the nick of time. Again, this same person left me waiting all day and this time did not even contact. Few days later, I send an email asking about the interview. So, this same day I received the Skype call. But, again I didn't have any response.
