I was interviewed about my work experience in the human resources field, my motivations, salary expectations, and job expectations regarding the company BairesDev. I was informed about the working conditions and benefits associated with the position. My current level of English was assessed, as it is a requirement for working with international clients. The interview also focused on identifying the area and team I could potentially join, based on the project requirements. If I successfully complete all the stages, I would be offered a job.
