Loanny was very kind and took her time to validate all my information making questions to get a better feeling of how much experience I had on each particular technology I added to my profile. Later she asked me about a recent highlight on my professional career, then she asked me about my expectations after changing jobs, both professional and monetary, and then she explained how BairesDev operates. She made sure I had the necessary information to answer the profiling questions. And she paused a couple of times to make sure I understood everything or if I had any questions.
