BairesDev Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Like the previous interviews you've seen, none of the assesments have anything to do with Sales, your process or how you approach closing deals. This is high school math and logic based questions to make you jump through hoops to get to a later stage interview. Here's the irony of all this, they're a nearshore staffing solution, so you'd think that they would know how to place people based on their qualifications and strengths, but clearly, they make everyone jump through these ridiculous hoops that some C-suite leader who probably hasn't sold anything in a long time is likely mandating. Another example of an organization led by those who rest on their laurels.

First of all, I have no clue if I will receive an offer and unsure if I want one. As everyone else mentions here, there are skill-matching questions they will send you to complete. I can imagine SOME of these are relevant to SOME jobs but, 95% are totally and completely irrelevant to a sales or account management position. They ask everyone the same questions and, as someone who has been both interviewer and interviewee, these quizzes are a complete waste of time, BairesDev clients are likely missing out on highly skilled workers. Even their English quiz is sub-par. Also...total lack of consideration for those who have applied. I emailed for a follow up on any next steps and where I am at in their grand scheme of hiring, they could not be bothered to respond. I found these very insulting and unprofessional after I wasted over half a day answering their quizzes. Shame on you BairesDev.
