Leonardo ran a strong, well-structured interview and did an excellent job explaining the role and company direction. His questions were thoughtful and relevant, which made for a valuable and engaging discussion. I appreciated the clarity and professionalism throughout the conversation.

Leonardo, was great in that he took some time to explain the role and then asked some good questions against that overview. At the end of the questions, he checked alignment and then went into an overview of the selection process. He finished by allowing me to ask questions.
