The interview process included an initial screening interview, followed by a more in-depth conversation about my past experience where i was asked about my background, work experience, and then a test. The process was professional, and I appreciated the opportunity.

BairesDev does a very different approach for interviewing its candidates, and in my opinion, it is far better than the usual approach. Their algorithm works really well and makes you feel that they are really trying to conciliate the best profile with the best position possible.
